Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Creem). We do not store your full credit card details. We only receive:

• Transaction confirmation
• Subscription status
• Last 4 digits of card (for display purposes)

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• Browser type and version
• Device information
• IP address (anonymized)
• Pages visited and features used
• Usage history and timestamps

2.4 Generation Content

When you use generation tools, we process:

• Your uploaded source images and text prompts
• Generated model files and preview assets
• Generation metadata (settings, timestamps, model endpoint)

• Cloud Infrastructure: To store and deliver content (Cloudflare, Supabase)
• AI Inference Providers: To run image-to-3D and text-to-3D generation (for example Fal, Tripo, and Hunyuan endpoints configured by us)
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Content Privacy and Visibility

User-uploaded content and generated outputs are private by default and are linked to your account. We do not publish your content to a public gallery without your explicit action.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account profile: kept while your account is active; removed within 30 days after verified deletion request.
• Saved generated outputs: retained according to your current plan or credit-pack library window, then automatically removed from your library and storage after expiration.
• Temporary generation inputs: uploaded source images, model files, style references, and provider-side processing files may be deleted earlier or retained temporarily by our AI providers according to their service terms.
• Operational and security logs: generally retained up to 90 days for abuse prevention and incident response.
• Billing and transaction records: retained as required by payment and tax compliance obligations.
